Cea mai folosita si apreciata este muzica latino, pe diverse ritmuri, incepand cu salsa, samba, merengue si continuand cu ritmuri africane, columbiene, raggaeton, etc. Repertoriul nu se limiteaza insa la aceste stiluri, Zumba poate fi practicata si pe ritmuri country, funk, rock’n roll, etc. Muzica folosita la clasele de Zumba este una foarte antrenanta ce te va tine in priza, te va face sa te bucuri de fiecare miscare si dupa o ora de curs vei pleca acasa foarte transpirat(a) si in acelasi timp cu zambetul pe buze. Acesta este de fapt frumusetea claselor de Zumba si anume faptul ca vei lucra aproape toate grupele de muschi din corpul tau distrandu-te si simtindu-te bine in acelasi timp. Te vei distra de minune si vei transpira fara sa iti dai seama. Muzica ZUMBA Adevarata frumusete a claselor de Zumba este muzica. Muzica este principalul ingrediant care face Zumba atat de frumoasa si diferita de orice alt antrenament de aerobic. O sedinta de Zumba dureaza o ora si se utilizeaza de obicei ritmuri latino. Nu toate clasele de Zumba sunt la fel, unii instructori utilizeaza diferite ritmuri de muzica. O sedinta de Zumba cuprinde partea de warm-up (incalzirea) care se face pe 2-3 melodii si dureaza 5-10 minute. Antrenamentul propriuzis dureaza cca 45 min si se poate face pe diverse ritmuri (cele mai folosite sunt ritmurile latino). Partea de final a cursului este de relaxare (cool down) si dureaza cca 5 min. |
